The Â鶹´«Ã½ Chipotle is at 1219 Burkemont Ave. in the former KFC building. The 3,045-square-foot building has been turned into the fast-food chain’s signature look.Â
It has taken the restaurant a year to open since it first submitted plans for the location to the city of Â鶹´«Ã½ in April 2024.
The restaurant will feature a Chipotlane drive-thru and outdoor patio. The drive-thru allows customers to place orders on the Chipotle app or website and pick it up at a drive-thru window.
Chipotle offers create-your-own burritos. Some of the restaurant chain’s most popular dishes include a chicken al pastor bowl, steak salad, chicken bowl and veggie burrito, according to its website.
