Grocery shoppers will feel an immediate impact from tariffs, says UBC supply chain expert

Samuel Roscoe, a supply chain and operations lecturer at UBC, says food prices will be among the first to increase as a result of tariffs. Speaking to BC Today host Michelle Eliot, he says this is because of the Canadian food industry's dependent relationship with the U.S., as well as Canada's reciprocal tariffs targeting items such as dairy and produce.
