f you are having issues finding a Newsletter you signed up for in your inbox, here are a few general steps you can take to solve this issue. These steps may vary between email providers (i.e. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.), so make sure to also check your email provider's help documentation if necessary.
- Check SPAM and/or JUNK folders
- If you find the Newsletter in one of these folders, select it
- Select "Not Junk" or "Not Spam"
- Whitelist the Newsletter's sending email
- Add Newsletter's sending email as "Safe Sender"
- Add Newsletter's sending email as a "Contact"
- If you've blocked our sender by mistake
- Open "Block Senders" list
- Select our sender
- Add sender to "Safe Senders List"
- If you have Gmail and important messages are ending up in your "Junk Folder"
- Create a "Simple Filter" or Add our senders to your "Contacts"
- To create a filter, go to Gmail's "Settings" and "See All Settings"
