The Cabarrus County Partnership for Children, Inc. (CCPFC) is seeking qualified organizations, with expertise in early childhood, to support Cabarrus County with evidence-based or evidence-informed services for children birth to five years of age, not yet in Kindergarten, and their families during fiscal years 2025-2027. Proposals will be accepted in the following areas: EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION QUALITY AND WORKFORCE FAMILY SUPPORT HEALTH Proposals are especially encouraged that address priorities identified in the 2022 Cabarrus County Needs Assessment mental health, housing, and quality early education. Only Evidence-Based/Evidence-Informed Programming from Smart Solutions will be accepted. All proposals shall be for a two year bidding term (cycle). A bidder's conference to explain the application process and provide technical assistance will be held: Date Tuesday, October 29, 2024 Time 10:00 am Place via Zoom The bidder's conference is not mandatory but will be the only opportunity for interested parties to receive technical assistance related to the proposal categories and application process.
